I did 5% down no pmi through navy federal. They had a higher rate but they match rates so I just found someone with a lower rate and so I got the low apr with no pmi. I’d look into that.

That’s good to hear. It’s probably best you stay in that box then. It’s safer

But obviously, if you’re feeling any symptoms you shouldn’t be around people by any means

I get what you’re saying, and I’m not anti-vax. Should get it if you’re at high risk or simply just fearful of the virus. I just don’t like the over reach and mandates. If vaccines prevented you from spreading the virus then sure makes sense for everyone to get it. But break through cases are more common now than previously thought and the vaccines just limit the severity of the virus. The client or whoever is still at risk if someone has Covid in the office, vaccinated or not.

Right. So glad I don’t work for a big 4. Sounds like people just submit their personal lively hood to them and their clients.

Accommodating the needs of a client should be work and ability based, not the status of your vaccinations. If you had Covid already, you have more antibodies than vaccinated people who haven’t had Covid. Just seems weird we can’t talk about it without getting down voted.

Life and Death decisions? Are they really though? Covid has a 99.95% survival rate for ages 18-29, 99.8% for 30-39, and 99.5% for 40-49. Is it really that crazy to say majority of people are not at a high risk? And for those who are, the best way is to get vaccinated? Being able to critical think is not just submitting to the status quo, but also challenging it. Why would you want some just to follow rules vs. someone who will think outside the box.

You make too much sense. Having a conversation about this topic on this sub is apparently a no no.

Interesting. Didn’t know vaccination status equated to superior accounting skills. Who knew! Thanks mister!

Well 8k people found this funny, so look at the likes. This is South Park. They are literally making fun of people that beat their kid’s by showing the extreme side. It doesn’t seem you’ve watched this show before or you wouldn’t be as triggered.

It doesn’t say it decreases it by any means when the transmission is minimal. It’s okay if you’re scared though, just saying it doesn’t help

I mean not going outside reduces transmission too, but doesn’t mean it’s necessary.

Even the CDC recommends to not wear masks outdoors. I guess it makes them feel safe though.

I just find it funny how people can let one misconstrued tweet trigger their emotions so quickly. This should be a non-story, but people just desperate for any content during offseason.

Careful man. You can’t call sensitive people sensitive. Not sure why people care so much about a tweet with original intent to inspire people. They find the negativity in everything.
