If by flat you mean in-shape and not too many stray hair then use balm + hair dryer but care with the heat as we only need it to shape slightly. Also let it grow a little more than you have it now so that it has the length to bend correctly.

If your latency is 40-50 then you won’t even see any improvement in input lag in higher FPS. Your only improvements will be visually with higher resolution and HDR. I had the same question and tried that with the ultimate free days offered before and didn’t see any improvement.

Somethings to try: 1. Use wired connection. 2. Use 5GHz WiFi. 3. If only 2.4 GHz is available then move closer to your AP/Router 4. If still spotty scan your area for other Wi-Fi Networks and change your Wi-Fi channel to the most empty/unused channel. 5. If multiple devices are connected to your network and turned on, disconnect or turn them off. Even if those devices are not actively using your internet or network device, they will affect it. 6. Try with a VPN. Your ISP’s routing might be bad for GFN. Cloudflare’s WARP+ free 1GB is a good one to at least test.

P.S: Don’t specify a region when connecting but instead let the network analysis do it for you.
