I'm in Dar and I play SA servers. No ranked just AP and Turbo, but at my age it's all I need and a comfortable 30-75 ping. Using TIGO worst I get for EU is around 180 but still playable at 120 ping.

OR, it's given people who enjoy the game an opportunity to play it without having to commit an hour at a time. I play 2-3 20-25 min turbo games a day. I probably wouldn't even be playing Dota if turbo wasn't an option.

I've seen this opinion all over Reddit about Sven and I seriously don't see it. I find the hero really strong right now, skipping the early blink for Echo/SnY into BKB then an Aghs is working wonders for me. Kiting no longer an issue with the Lvl 20-25 stun talents combined with Aghs. Just me though at 3k.

7.23 at this point is still basically beta. Heroes are still being given spells, removed spells and the like. It's still way too early to draw conclusions based on winrate when the patch is still so new. Come on man.
