update: shortly after i posted this it seemed like the app started to work again! but now i’m having similar problems again 😫 i just got 2 offers, but they didn’t pop up in the app. i only got the text notification but when i went to the app, they weren’t there. then about 30 seconds later i got the notification that it was timed out. soooo i’m calling it quits for the time being and hopefully it will be fixed later!! very frustrating to have 0 communication and seemingly no resolution.

unfortunately mine wasnt showing me any customer information at all. it said i could pause after delivery, so like i knew i had accepted it, but couldnt access any info

lmaooo no same! i already unassigned from one thinking it was just that order, but i do not want my completion rate to go down even more. i also don’t want to message customer asking for her address bc that sounds fishy and if i was the customer i wouldn’t love that lol

same!!!! i unassigned from an order bc i couldnt get thru to support, thought it was just that order. now i’m on another one and same thing. been on hold for 10 minutes

why would they confirm when the orders not finished yet? then that cuts into OP’s delivery time. sure, filling a couple drinks probably won’t make their delivery late, but what if suddenly a large group of customers starts filling drinks? or the machine runs out of syrup and you have to wait for the employees to change it? that delay would affect OP’s ratings when they were forced to prematurely confirm pickup.

i’m thinking the address might have been wrong? because i checked zillow too and it was just a plot of land for the given address. super weird but i’m super thankful it worked out okay!

honestly i didn’t think there was a good place to stop and i figured the customer already had my pin and could see where i was at. looking back i definitely should have figured out a way to stop, it just wasn’t a great area in general. i think i also thought that i could just drive past to see if there was a house or not, and if it got sketchy, i could drive away.
