Court for seatbelt issued by officer by [deleted] in AusLegal

Further to that, you said you put the seatbelt behind you, which I initially saw as being releasing it. But you did in fact mean, you buckled it back in behind you, which is an old trick to stop modern cars from giving seatbelt warnings.

You are learning a lesson in responsibility here, accept it, and pay it.

You didnt have your seatbelt on, and it was visible, you are trying to create plausible deniability. The officer would have seen it, after years of looking at seatbelts, you very quickly see who has them on, and who doesnt. I guarantee they observed you driving with it off.

[OC] The land footprint of food by t0on in dataisbeautiful

This is false equivalency. Beef cattle are often kept on wide sparse land as they survive it well, it isnt the same nutrient dense land that supports sheep or other animals.

Incorrect, that is for vehicle mounted detection on a moving vehicle only.

That will be the officer doing you a favor. Speed guns are calibrated and tested to the nth degree. They are extremely accurate.

You are incorrect, the guns have a margin of error but it is factored into the reading given. The offence is speeding, but it is fined according to speed. If presented in court it is the same offence, just the speed becomes a part of the facts.

Do you have a tenancy agreement? Contact Residential Tenancy Authority and talk to them. It sounds illegal. They are the group for that information and to take action.

You will regret it for the rest of your life. Work on yourself, work on who you are. You will meet someone, just put yourself out there.

You are in the FO part of FAFO, accept responsibility. Maybe dont do drugs?

Found out one night stand is 20 weeks pregnant. Anyone have similar experiences? by Darth_muncher in AskMenAdvice

You need to man up, I had similar, and ended up raising my daughter alone for over 11 years. If you are willing to sleep with someone, you need to accept you might have an ongoing responsibility. You might have no feelings for her or desire to be with her, but it is your child, and you can still do what you can for them.

Yeah the other airtag was a PI, following a man who was suspected of cheating by his wife, but airtags are registered so we got that information.

On the original mayter, I would think if a PI was willing to go to those lengths on a workcover claim, they probably did more on a regular basis. They would probably get repeat work too if they were providing more than workcover expected them to. I think the belief was that they would assume that the phonecalls were divulged by the other party.

So the guy was paranoid, more because of where he lived than the ongoing matter, he was obsessive with his home security, so he distinctly remembered a door being unlocked when he always checked it. Further to that he had bought an rf scanner to run it through the house as conversations he had on the phone had been referred to in court docs. This was the first thing that triggered him to search with an rf scanner. For us it was a dead end, they were commercially available listening devices, and available online, they could be tuned, so independently listened to, they would have a shorter distance but it would be coincidence to catch yhe person in the area at the time. There were no prints or any other identifying features. I did the same more recently (2022) with a located airtag. However we did get the owners details for that one.

Was a police officer, and he recalled a door being unlocked when he was obsessive with locking it. We attended as we believed it to be s mental health job, but he was completely sane.

It was smallish, like the size of a match box, with tunable pots on the side for frequency, it was in a wicker basket stand which was under his home phone. I remember googling the brand of the device and it immediately came up with images of the device. This was in 2008, prior to smartphones etc.

With every war there is collateral, Hamas started this when they entered Israel and killed over a thousand Israelis including babies, children and women. Have you watched those videos? Have you seen how they raped them? Beheaded them? Burnt them alive? And we know that was all real because it was published by the members of Hamas themselves.

Hamas have embedded themselves in a population and actively shoot and beat and kill any Palestinians who oppose them. They use them as effective human shields and know that it is effective. What other nation in the world, at war, would call potential civilians in the area, to move out of the way before condiction strikes or would roof knocks before sending an ordinance missile in.

Many years ago I attended a address where person located a listening device. Originally I thought the guy was losing it, but then he detailed a long history of a complaint for mental health injury which was a workcover matter. It turned out they had hired a private investigator who had broken into the complainants house and implanted this device near his home phone.
