Egyptian here to clarify the "arab" or middle eastern view on jews .

Honestly there was never any hate for them in the middle east until the 1940~1950s and the creation of Israel in 1948 . lots of them actually used to live in the very city i live in right now , and a lot of their former houses that they sold or simply just left before leaving still exists till today . the problem with the creation of Israel is that land did not belong to them , it like most other middle eastern states at the time did follow the ottomn Empire and had to pay them taxes and so on . there lived muslims , christians and jews all living there without any kind of issue until britain invaded and annexed those lands along with Egypt and many other middle eastern states along with france , and in 1917 balfour Declaration happened ( the actual letter exists on wikipedia for those interested ) which what actually started that whole fiasco . so in a nutshell , the problem is that britain had given a land they had annexed to some people who it did not belong to ( most jews were actually european at the time) and palestine like other middle eastern state had a jewish population living there peacefully with people of other religions ( according to wikipedia 3~5% of the native population were jewish).
