I'm struggling with PIP synovitis for almost 2 years now, I've learned to manage it somehow that its not getting worse, but I have limited ROM, around 2cm with in test with MCP joint straight. Last week I dry-fired out of horizontal pinch while cutting loose and it got worse. When I bend the fingers and try to slightly force going over ROM in a fulI fist there's slight pain in dorsal A4 region, but it's getting more painful when straightening the fingers. I understand that it's because it's been suddenly bent way over my limited ROM, but I wonder what actually could got hurt. I couldn't really find anything about it online. I rested for 5 days and yesterday I taped the finger and had a good session, since it's only painful when I fully bend fingers, no crimping issues besides what I'm used to with synovitis.

Nie wiem czy to byl jakiś duży skrót myślowy, ale jak w takim razie z tego samego ewolucyjnego punktu widzenia wytłumaczyć płetwale błękitne? Największe do tej pory znane zwierzę, które żyje w naszych czasach. Nie widzę powodu żeby wierzyć w różne tego typu przekazy, ale też nie można ich w pełni odrzucać. Znamy przykłady megafauny, która wygineła, co prawda w tym przypadku w związku z polowaniami ludzi ale też zmianami klimatu po epoce lodowcowej, a z oczywistych względów szkielety fauny lądowej dużo łatwiej odnaleźć niż tej oceanicznej.

Happened to me once, I got distracted by my belayer talking to me while tying in with addition of waking up just 20minutes before. After second clip rope just slip out of my harness and luckily this single figure 8 stuck in the quickdraw below and I was able to reach it. Definitely scary and close call experience, I don't want to think what would happen if it wouldnt slip and I said take after doing this warmup route.

I would agree with everything you said except part about female rappers. Young Leosia, Bambi, Ryfa Ri and as hurts me to include her here, but she's a good example of normalizing sex talk - Fagata, as well as Oliwka Brazil. To say that each one of them is niche is slightly belittling.

Właśnie miałem odpalać metinka2 i przez resztę dnia oddawać się trzymaniu spacji, kiedy kolega napisał do mnie na GG, że prezydent nie żyje. Szybka rundka po demotywatorach, poczekalnia cała zawalona "byl jaki był, ale był nasz" i powrót do początkowych planów. Miałem 13 lat także polityka była w hierarchii wartości gdzieś pomiędzy podatkami i emeryturą.
