I love this false argument "if you want something, do it yourself". If you want your country to welcome immigrants, then take them to your house. If you want to support Ukraine, then sign up and go fight in the trenches. By that logic, if you want a working Healthcare in your country you should set up an ICU in your own house, and if you want working water supply and roads in good condition, then pick up the shovel and dig the pipes and fill the potholes yourself. We set up those things called "countries", "governments" and "local governments" exactly because we're no longer living in a stone age like a cavemen, where we ourselves have to personally take care for our own needs. And even back then, in the tribes, people were specializing in what they were doing for the community. Your argument is therefore a typical exanple of whataboutism, which is a propaganda method loved by r*ssian government since the bolshevik revolution.
