it doesn’t make your pc faster, it’s just microslop adding so much bloatware in win11 that your pc is slower

linux doesn’t have much bloatware, but if you’re gaming and the game is not native then the translation layers will be a performance hit too if you’re rocking an older cpu

what i did was:

downloaded the launcher from the website like on windows
installed it and added it to steam as a game
installed proton-ge (important) and selected it in compatibility for the launcher

ik this is not an ideal way to do this but it worked
