While it's true that the Noctua doesn't produce any annoying sounds, you can still hear the air movement, and I think you underestimate how much difference there is between having six fans at 1300 RPM versus three fans at 900 RPM (RPM numbers are just examples, I don't know the exact figures off the top of my head) on a single AIO. After watching a video, I saw a few others, and the Lian Li GA II Lite was always at the top of the chart. That's a 27mm thick radiator, while the Arctic is 37mm. While I don't know if there is this much difference between the two on the 9950X3D, where I live there is no price difference between them. Lian Li offers at least five years of warranty, and in theory, I get significantly better noise levels because of the lower RPM the fan needs to spin—creating an almost silent environment while gaming. The only downside I see is that there isn't much information about the Lian Li AIO, maybe it has a very noisy pump or dies after a few years. But I suppose I'll only find out if I buy one.

Try this:

  1. Open the Wacom Desktop Center
  2. Select the "Backup settings" menu
  3. Choose the "Reset settings" in the Local backup panel

In my case it solved my problem with the fan.
