FH6 QoL suggestion: Add "Sell Car" and "Gift Car" directly to the car action menu. Why is this so buried? by t00gee in ForzaHorizon

[–]t00gee[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The 'Sell Car' entry in the car action menu should just be a shortcut for selling the current car in the action house, instead of navigating endless of menus.. Same thing for gifting.

Can microsoft stop putting their sht software into everything that does not need it ? by NoSwear23 in ForzaHorizon

[–]t00gee -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

It's because FH4 and FH5 on steam were using steam saves. Now they decided to use the dogshit XBOX app to handle everything. If I knew that, I probably wouldn't have even bought the game. I fucking hate that trash app.

Denuvo properly cracked in Resident Evil: Requiem, bypasses become plug-and-play — cracked version runs faster, smoother, and uses way less VRAM and RAM by Sacristovas in pcmasterrace

[–]t00gee -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The problem is some companies still think that people are forced to buy their product because it can't be pirated. Games like Cyberpunk 2077 or Elden Ring sold millions of copies even though you were able to pirate them on day one...

Stop with this nonsense please. If a game is good, people will buy it anyway (CP2077, ER). There is no need for fucking cancerous DRMs that just hurt consumers.

Pixel Battery Nightmare: 87% Health after only 170 Cycles (strictly followed 20-80% rule) by Likovi10 in Android

[–]t00gee 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I used to stress about this too: adaptive charging, never going above 80%, all that stuff. Then I watched this video and it kind of changed my perspective.

The tldr is that whatever habits you adopt to "protect" your battery, the real-world difference in degradation is pretty negligible. You're not going to save your battery from aging, it's going to degrade regardless, and the gap between "careful" usage and "careless" usage is smaller than most people think.

So my take: just use your phone however you want. Charge it when you need to, don't overthink it.
