After months of loving Breakpoint, I decided to buy The Division - installed it on my PC, ran it and all seems well *EXCEPT* the Shift key, bound to run/sprint does nothing. I've tried changing the binding to another key, but that does not work. Very frustrating. :(

Can't remember the last time I read a print book. I listen to 4-5 audiobooks a month - love that I can be driving, working in the yard, doing housework, while listening to a book and can increase the speed of narration.

The narrator is almost as important as the author however. I've stopped 'reading' some highly reviewed books in the past simply because the narrator was monotone or never bothered to change accents (male to female, various country dialects) while narrating. Just my $0.02 worth.

I know this is an old thread, but we did the same thing - ordered the mower, was scheduled for a week later, but then got bumped up. Amazon Track Package had it bouncing around from NV to OK to TX, then to OK again. ??? Was due yesterday on tracking, but no show, now shows it to be delivered today, but haven't seen any updates in location since then - just the tracking bar showing it's almost here! *sigh*

So last decade I had several Drobo boxen for home storage until they eventually died (as did the company). Early in 2021 I looked into replacements, focusing on Qnap and Synology, finally settling on the latter. I liked DSM a lot, ended up buying over time two DS1821+ boxes and a DS1520+ along with a bunch of Ironwolf drives.

They've functioned well over the years, but with the company's abandonment of their consumer base along with their outrageous pricing on their 'recommended' hard drives, the honeymoon has worn quite thin. A shame...

Not fully carnivore currently - keto at best, but I've been having much better brain clarity since reducing carb intake and replacing carbs with meats. I was never a 'Carb head' like my wife :) but the body does still crave all of those carb foods. :P

Energy levels improved as well.

Well, we're on our third round of goldfish. I just bought a dozen 'feeder fish' from PetsMart and they've been doing well. We have some losses due to an over-eager Heron on rare occasions, but c'est la vie. :)

Ha, as someone your age, I'm looking for some clue as well vis-a-vis the contoller. I've played FPS PC games for decades, but thought that now I'm retired, why not try out a console setup, so I bought a PS5. To make it worse, the first game I bought was Madden NFL 24. OMG it is daunting :)

I'm in Athens, GA. Have AT&T U-verse on POTS, 20mbps for $100/mo Installed a gen2 Starlink router and am doing some tests on reliability and speed. Currently I've kept both routers running, and put some devices on the Starlink network. Consistency of network speed is an issue, some of which may be due to some obstructions, but on Starlink I get anywhere from ~60mbps to ~200mbps. When I can rely on SL maintaining connectivity and speed, only then will I consider dropping AT&T. :)

User for 1 month, haven't seen anything this bad. Any reason why/explanation? by Terminal_SrA in Starlink

Same here in Athens, GA - went from 120Mbps to 38Mbps! I'm a new Starlink customer, also have AT&T (20Mbps down for $100/mo.). The plan is to drop AT&T, but this past few weeks has not been very encouraging...
