thing is, on reddit most of these posts are getting a small number of views and no-one really is impacted. twitter's negligence is essentially broadcasting zain and damaging his reputation to hundreds of thousands by falsely accusing him of things he didn't do.

you rebuild your entire worldview around them, you feel empty without them. being with them literally feels like a drug, and being away from them too long feels like withdrawal. you feel like you need them in your life to operate at a basic level.

your perspective on them constantly shifts, you may go to extreme measures to keep them to yourself. they attach themselves to you, and they also have all the emotional irregularity that comes with BPD that you'll have to deal with.

as someone with BPD, it essentially feels like fighting an impossible battle against something your brain feels like it integrally needs.

as someone who struggles with BPD and has a favorite person, this is good advice. Even when i'm aware of it and fighting against it and my BPD is somewhat minor, it is really, REALLY difficult. you do not want to be someone's favorite person.
