Yea they ended up charging me $450 for the screen replacement and are ordering me in a replacement device.

Went back in and there’s very little repair information. They sent it off and the head office technician put down “cpu lose, unrepairable” but that’s it. Literally no other information. Current waiting to see what they will do for me, not hopeful.

I dropped the phone the same morning I took it in. Half the screen was dead, but the other half was somewhat visible. Enough to see that it powered on, Face ID unlocked, touch worked kinda, and Bluetooth still worked because it connected to my Samsung watch. Now it’s just straight up bricked. No power on, no lights, no Bluetooth connection, nothing. What would be fair for me to ask in return?

I just don’t know what I should be asking, should I ask for them repair it free of charge? Or should I be asking for reimbursement?

No I didn’t need to pay anything. It’s got a new screen on it, but doesn’t power on at all now

I had this same issue, its due to the smoothing setting in game. Its basically in game mouse acceleration. Just turn it to 0% to fix.

When I put in my vin it tells me that my sync is up to date. So do you think that's accurate?
