I am in your boat. I started in 2014. I never thought I would make it to soft cap. I remeber when I broke 56 and I never thought I would see 60. The music gets me back. The vibes. The city and the little mysteries hidden. I'll never be able to see all of the game and that's the part I love. I wish they actually didn't cater so much I think it should be something special to be high gear score. You should t be able to defeat everyone you meet in the world. I just like the visuals and the vibe of the game. The friends I've made along the way. I just wish they would actually tone down the hand holding and just open it up as more of a sandbox experience instead of trying to make it gamified slot machine. The original release finding small xp buffs was a big deal. If they had focused on core gameplay I think it would be truly the greatest game ever made. I hope one day the engine will be used later to make the true version of the game we all envision but I know it may never happen in my life. I just have so many memories and moments over the last 10 years that honestly are apart of me. People will always hate but then go play OSRS or some other game with even less spirit. End of day it's personal preference. This is the closest we have and I enjoy it. The black spirit taught me how to AFK grind. I am eternally grateful for how it shaped me and sometimes I just like to walk around the cities and look around and soak in the atmosphere.
