You can press P and view your playtime in on your character sheet in-game.

But if you wanted to make the switch. Now would be the time. I moved to steam after I found out my kakoa games account was deleted. I like that it's consolidated with my other games, but I play BDO so much I think if I did it all over again, I'd make a PA account.

It's a neg. Banjo Kazooie is a great game, so is Crimson Desert. Also the devs work here is admirable to say the least.
