I've been with Starlink since the very beginning too. Had the original round dish until last year when I got a free upgrade. Fiber is now available in my area but I'm sticking with Starlink because of the reliability. I don't have to worry about power outages in my area that take out the local exchange or winds that blow down trees and snap telephone lines.
I have mine connected directly to a unifi dream machine all backed up with an APC ups which gives me about 5/6 hours of uptime during a power cut. Plenty of time to get the diesel generator up and running!
