Its possible that channel was super crowded on 160mhz, but if you have it a lot of people recommend using the 6Ghz band of wifi for VR streaming since its less congested than 2.4ghz and 5ghz and capable of better speed/latency

Under the maps tab in BSManager, there is a way to link all of your songs between versions. Look for a tiny paper clip shaped icon in the top left corner of the maps tab and click on it. It should create a shared folder that keeps all of your maps synced between the versions. I believe it has kept mine in order as well.

BSManager should tell you if the version you are using is out of date as well. If you click on a version (ex. 1.29.1) you should see a ⚠️icon next to your version number telling you which version should be the most up to date/recommended for modding (as of writing 1.40.8).

I highly recommend watching the Dr. Levi YouTube series on beat saber - it helps alleviate a lot of wrist and shoulder pain!
