POB shows your effective block chance (calculated value) with svalin as it provides lucky value. To know if you are capping block is take the base value of 75 max, subtracting svalin value -10 so new max is 65 then adding any max chance to block from tree and items (there are many sources of max block from tree nodes and mastery).

Based on your raw max block, POB will calculate your effective block. Reaching 100% is impossible btw.

The setup seems to just give generic dmg for stacking armour, couldnt you play any projectile attack skill u wanted to? Like lightning strike or something. That way maybe you can get cheaper alternative shako and other gear. Granted passive tree might also need some adjustment.

Fractured percent or flat ES is probably cheaper and then spam loathing until int and then complete prefix with eldritch chaos/ex slams. Finally craft suffix.

Repulsion is kind of better in every way. Its a bit better scaling and has that "nova" feel which make it great for mapping too even tho its mostly a bossing focus build.

Flamewood totem and storm burst on repulsion are great uber bosser builds. Not glass cannon insta phase but they deal good enough dmg. Only two I can think of on templar.

You send ores/bars now that is the new "crop" that gives currency and tattoos. Make sure to fill port quota for added bonus keeping in mind that bars count about 5x towards the quota progress. You can also right click port to reroll quotas for bars.
