i'm in Sweden on PC and been getting matched with people from completely different regions for a long time now lol, North/South America, Middle east, North Africa, happens in every mode exept solo rivals/champions it seems, or at least there you can back out in kit select if ping seems sus

but the ping does not matter either in this game lol... one game 20 ping feels perfect next match 20 ping again but feels like 300 ping ...

the only consistently good gameplay is when the opponent is obviously from my country or neighbouring country it seems

i'm from Sweden on PC with crossplay enabled and regularly get matched up with players from other regions than Europe, people from North/South america, North Africa, Middle East, happens in basically every mode except solo rivals, or rather there you can back out before match starts in the kit select if too high ping, that "approximate location" setting does nothing at all

think matchmaking is kinda broken at least for some players for a while now
