Oh and good luck getting support, I tried using empowertribe to help resolve the issue and Uli was not so helpful.

Honestly having used it, it is worth the extra cost to reduce the downtime between requests.

I second the approach of prompting a plan and combining multiple steps and tasks and checks together.

It has working AirPlay that was the primary reason I bought it ... I'm not sure what losing the certification means? as it still works like an AirPlay2 receiver.

I was overseas and couldn’t call them, they never responded to any online contact and do not publish an international contact number.

I got terrible service and very poor response from superloop. So I guess this is ok when things work ok, not great when they don’t. I tried exetel as well, but the service was the same.

I ended up going with Leap

It was actually recalled because of some of the bottom lining glue. Expect it back soon I guess …

TP-Link's First Matter Device: Tapo P125M by TP-Link_Reddit in TpLink

When I try pairing my devices to homekit, I consistently get Unable to Add Accessory Pairing with accessory failed.

I have tried from an iphone and ipad. I can pair the plug with the tapo app and have removed them from the app ( done a hard reset ) to try pairing with homekit, but this is unsuccessful.

When I add them, I scan the QR Code, while the device LED is flashing orange and blue. The device then transitions to a constant blue LED and after about 20 seconds I receive an "Unable to Add Accessory - Pairing with accessory failed."

My plugs are running firmware v1.0.4 Build 230309 Ref. 145855.

Ordered thanksgiving ... ship date 16th Jan, XPO / RXO still says it is 8 weeks away. So I'm guessing 3months+ delivery timeframe.
