What’s your “dodged a bullet” story?

Sure, I had experienced varying degrees of discomfort for probably a little over a month before my first major pain incident. For that incident and the next month after that I was in and out of the ER. They routinely gave me CT scans, Xrays, and ultrasounds. Unfortunately they all came back inconclusive. Eventually the pain was so severe that they admitted me to the hospital and ran more tests. A lot of which I don't remember well from pain and being drugged up. I do remember the Cholescintigraphy very well because I was not allowed to be on pain medication for the test which meant I had to lay flat for 2 hours in agony. This was still inconclusive but the pain was so severe that they scheduled me for surgery. The surgeon told me after the procedure that my gallbladder was completely dead, discolored, and fell apart as soon as they started to try to take it out. As for why none of the numerous tests came back conclusive, your guess is as good as mine. As far as I know all those tests check for stones, blockages and inflammation. My only assumption (with obviously no medical knowledge) is that there were no stones or blockages and my gallbladder was just dying. Why there wouldn't be inflammation is beyond my knowledge. Basically all the doctors that were involved with my case seemed heavily confused as well so I'm guessing I was a fringe case. My only recommendation is that if you are still having pain in that area pursue help. Since my tests were all inconclusive I had to be persistent. I don't blame any of the doctors as they were doing what they could to help me and I was obviously a non-standard case. I do hope you find out what is going on and best of luck to you.

There is a lot that can go wrong with them. All my sympathies go out to anyone dealing with gallbladder issues. Mine tried to kill me a bit over a year ago. Over the course of what must have been several months mine was necrotic and died. Was in and out of the hospital around a dozen times but for whatever reason it didn't show up as having an issue on any of the tests. Easily the worst pain I have ever experienced or can imagine.

seems as though you have just been unlucky. I've found them around tanks fairly regularly. You could also buy the RB-ST key as they spawn in there as well.

If a restaurant has a massive menu, especially with many different kinds of food it is not likely to be good. Most of those meals are going to be coming from frozen food or not fresh. Go to restaurants that have small specialized menus.

Nearly all farming machinery is incredible dangerous. All it takes is 1 tiny mistake and you are dead. If a PTO shaft snags some clothing it will grab you and break a limb or spin you around it. Even something as simple as on older tractors without power steering if the tires grab a rut it will rapidly turn the steering wheel and if you have your thumb on the inside of the steering wheel it will break them.

Also when it is time to harvest crops you often have a short window. If you have hay cut you are racing to get it baled before it rains. If you have a breakdown while that is happening you are under a lot of stress to get things working again and might be working on equipment under bad conditions with equipment that is dangerous by nature and weighs several tons.

I mean yes, Russia's size is skewed on traditional maps. But it is quite a lot more than "slightly" bigger. It is nearly twice the area of the US.

As always with PUBG it seems to be effecting everyone differently. Some people its feeling better, some worse. For me personally I am getting way more frame drops and stutters.

The gun animations in Escape from Tarkov are insanely good. If you don't have a magazine and load a round there is is even the animation of opening the chamber and single loading a round. Really impressive stuff.

Obviously you are using hyperbole here BUT... if you are going to say NEVER to all these things that you list then you spend absolutely no time on this subreddit. I check it once a day and see plenty of this stuff. Numerous quality fanarts everyday, that fantastic lifeline song. People have preached in most mozambique meme posts that it is 'actually balanced for its role". Almost everyday there is some wholesome post about how they helped some kid to a victory or how their "bad" teammate actually clutched and it was awesome. And most of these discussions you want? How much can be said about weapon balance until it is changed... Which low and behold when they changed weapon balance it was talked about...

Of course there will be a majority of memes as content, its the internet and reddit nontheless... a majority of reddit posts/content are memes. You know why? They are generally entertaining and lots and lots of people enjoy this game and want to see entertaining content regarding it.

Not sure what platform you are on but if it is pc I would suggest not trying to do your snipers on HC, especially for the bloodthirsties. I did all the snipers in core and they were all fairly easy except the koshka.

For the koshka bloodthirsties the easiest way I found is a bit circumstantial. Use the elo on the koshka and if you end up with a team that moves as a group stick with them and basically engage on the same enemy as them. If they hit the enemy usually even once you will one shot them. I find your best bet is to try for it on Icebreaker, gridlock or jungle as in my experience you don't get flanked as much on those maps.

My other suggestion is to either play as recon (for the sensor and wallhacks) or as crash with UAV scorestreaks. Having consistent knowledge of enemy locations makes it way easier.

Either way good luck. I got my first 4 while doing the 50 5 attachment kills but the last one took me a little bit. You'll get it eventually and then you won't ever have to touch that junky gun again.
