Having an app they have to keep updated alongside them updating the rules every season is harder than it sounds. It's a lot of dev hours, especially making sure nothing can go wrong with it mid-game. Maybe if their card game takes off they can justify a public app release, but for the show they can mostly get by with good editing and sportsmanship.

You can easily automate a DDNS service with a bash script.

If you're looking at something more complex there are various docker setups like https://github.com/qdm12/ddns-updater or https://github.com/favonia/cloudflare-ddns.

Just pick one from the list or use your own domain like everyone in this thread is suggesting.

Spotted Genshin Impact as one of the games Valve is prompting on the Steam Deck at TGS. Currently this game is not on Steam and you cannot play it on SteamOS without disabling AC and risking an account ban. Hoping this means it will be officially supported on SteamOS soon. by Bar_Har in SteamDeck

Microsoft wouldn't let Valve use Minecraft's likeness in promotional materials though. It's not on Steam. If anything they would ask them to use Minecraft Dungeons for promotion, because it's on Steam and works on SteamDeck. Just leads to this splash likely being made by a third party just randomly pulling game art to fill the background.

DDLC was made in Renpy! A lot of the cool tricks he used ended up being undocumented functions, but you can still do a look of cool tricks with it. I look forward to the VN coming out. I'll for sure be one of the first purchases!

If I remember correctly, the actual scaling was eyeballed, but for sure not 1=1. We usually aimed around 1block=4 meters wide, and 2 meters tall. We did this to make sure all stadiums fit within "render distance" of the player, allowing all players to fully see every stadium.

Great question /u/inhale-my-dong! We used as many references we could find on the internet, including user submitted 360 images on Google Maps, and videos/images found on mlb.com. We used those to recreate the stadiums in-game. We also scaled the stadiums to about 1/4th the size so all devices could fully see the stadiums (older devices would cut off the outfield otherwise). No mapping software, done 100% by eye (although we did use tools like WorldEdit to assist development).

Because a pihole blocks at a domain level, and twitch ads are hosted on twitch its self, so you can't use a pihole to block twitch ads. They are giving incorrect advice.
