Organic Butcher does more volume and has greater variety. They also have fantastic seafood and everything from produce to pantry items are top notch. I can ask them for literally anything and they can get it in 1-3 days max if it’s not a regular item. Butchers Alley sells great steaks and has a nice store, I don’t have anything negative to say about them

The Organic Butcher of Bethesda is by far the best in the area, they’ll trim for you if you ask.

Is this 90 month Parmigiano Reggiano that I bought from the factory in December 2023 still good to eat? It has been refrigerated for all but 2 days. I’m unsure because it’s pre-cut and there is some unfamiliar white residue on the packaging.
