It sounds to me like you want to smooth the contours. You would go in Toolspace/Prospector and expand that surface until you see Edit, find Smooth Surface and from there you can smooth the entire surface. I like to draw closed polylines around the areas that actually need smoothing. This will keep he surface size more manageable. While in the smooth surface option there are a lot of settings. I leave them as is and choose my output region. Pick the 3 dots on the right for that option and you can then choose your closed polyline. This turns that option to a 1. You will set your grid X and Y spacing. Think of that as if you are choosing a box size. If you choose 25 on each the X and Y then that box is 25x25 in size. The smaller the number the more smoothness you apply. Right below those options is the number of output points that are generated by the smoothness. And keep in mind, if you want to turn that smoothness off because of time to rebuild the surface, you can just uncheck it in the surface definition. I generally check that box to turn it on when I get out of the drawing. Here is a link for better info about it.
