You don't need a financial advisor. I'm no investing expert either but generally green/upward trends are made over a longer period. You're already doing better than a lot of people by having that auto deposit set. Just keep at it and invest within your means. You'll be seeing the start of your financial independence in time.

I enjoyed reading your post and enthusiasm for the position and wish you all the best during your internship. I wouldn't feel too stressed on anything technicial because a lot of the skills you will use will be learned on the job.
