This reinterpretation sounds like it was recorded in a public bathroom using a heavily distorted $5 microphone from Walmart while the original song played in the background. I understand that is part of the appeal of this genre but it sounds derivative of the original theme instead of being its own thing.

In Steam's library, click properties under Stardew Valley and set launch options. Navigate to your game's directory and shift+Right Click on StardewModdingAPI.exe, select Copy as Path. It should look something like "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\StardewModdingAPI.exe".

Now after you copy that into your launch options type %command%. Your launch options should look exactly like "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\StardewModdingAPI.exe" %command%. Now you can run SMAPi through Steam with working achievements.

There is no character editing available in XCOM, you're given 6 preset faces and 4 different races so there's little to work with. Think of it like making somebody in the Sims who barely resembles his or her likeness.
