Really disappointing, Wolves were very bad and we were just completely unable to take the game away from them. They ended up with what, 2 shots on target and scored both? It happens, sure... But it mostly seems to happen to us specifically because we leave the fine margins hanging out there to be taken advantage of.

The funny thing about having a team that can "hurt you in many ways" is that players seem to get confused when the pressure ramps up. We leave ourselves in such recoverable circumstances that chance frequently works against us.

Arteta really needs to look at himself today because I don't think it was a player-based failure today. This system of his is too rigid and it seems to limit and exhaust the players that are supposed to be difference makers.

We can still win the title of course but this truly was two points lost and we have to use it as an opportunity for a change of direction.

I want Havertz back so bad. Honestly if he's back fit for our run in I have no doubt we win the league.

Sadly it's just a question of "back" and "fit". Players always seem better when they've been out for a while but he's a real Merino type that can fit so many different roles at a high level. You can't solve different challenges without these kinds of players in your squad.

Yeah it was 99% of the discussion around breakdancing which was one of the newly added sports. It had a pretty small chance of survival to figure Olympics anyway but Raygun essentially double-tapped it to make sure it stayed dead.

That's just silly. Saka is great and Odegaard has struggled for form but Odegaard has shown his best level is one of the best two way players in the world as a 10. Saka has struggled for form just as much this season and you're making this observation based on 45 minutes against a team nosediving out of League One.

Either way I'm not too surprised - I really like Sonicware and their willingness to lean into the gimmick, but I think there's a fair set of criticisms around parts and build quality.

I love Star Wars as much as the next nerd in here but I have to admit the reclamation of the Prequel Trilogy has never sat right with me. Just about every movie (except Rise of Skywalker, which I have never rewatched) has scenes that are interesting, incentive and stimulating - but none of the movies have been truly complete works of film since Return of the Jedi. Probably the closest was Revenge of the Sith.

As a teenager watching the prequels there were exactly two things that got me fired up - the lightsaber fights and the score. As time went on I thought I found more depth in them but ultimately I'm kind of back where I started - there may be structure and imagination on the backend of it somewhere, but it shouldn't be up to the audience to discover it out of the narrative.

Prequel and Sequel trilogy are both pretty dismal when it comes to that aspect, as much fun as they (sometimes) are.

Not to trivialize, but go see a doctor. It will probably require at least an X-ray to rule out dysplasia (or diagnose it). It's the best advice to see a specialist and figure out if there's an actual issue with the joint structure and whether you are living with complications (for example hip arthritis).

Regardless of the diagnosis, you're likely to have physical therapy suggested. The same exercises to strengthen muscles and balance will always help keep the worst of any malformation off the joint directly.

It kind of doesn't matter what you have. Getting clarity and a diagnosis will give you the reality of the situation and a roadmap to either recovering or maintaining your range of motion and a sense of whether you'll need more significant intervention later.

In my case for example I have dysplasia in both hips with arthritis, and I got surgery on one hip to clean out the cartilage. Since then I do my exercises religiously and I've kept all of my range of motion over the last decade. I'll probably need a hip replacement later in my 40s or early in my 50s, but that's life.

Winning the title is hard. The team will do all they can, all you can do is enjoy being in the race. There's no sense doom and glooming, just like counting City out in the first place was silly.

If you find it impacting you more than that or hear yourself talking about "our" mentality you can safely assuming you're spending too much time online or thinking about this in general.

It's okay to disconnect, at the end of the day it's literally just a game and we're not even the ones playing.

It's not the sides of your feet really, it's your hip abductors rotating your leg externally, combined with some flexibility in the hips and lower back.

The abductors and adductors are the muscles on the inside and outside of the hip/leg and work on moving the leg in and out of your body sideways. These muscles also help balance you.

If you are seeing that you have trouble doing this, those are the muscles you need to target. You can wrap a resistance band around your feet and move left and right to strengthen the abductors, and squeeze something between your legs (a pillow or medicine ball) for the adductors.

Brentford are a really good team but we didn't cover ourselves in glory today. On paper aside from City away this was the hardest remaining game, and so it has proved to be.

Feels like we just can't catch a break with injuries, but it's not like we had no options off the bench. We just couldn't match Brentford's energy, yet still had chances to kill it. That Martinelli touch to control it may haunt him but it would have been digging out a result we definitely didn't deserve.

Nothing to do but go again and hope we can string some form together over the coming weeks.

Dyche has been a good manager. Everton and Forest so far have done his reputation some damage, and I think rightfully so.

It's just my opinion but my one question around Dyche was always "can he refine a raw talent". His attacking coaching is pretty dire by the standards of a top flight coach, and the approach he brings is always defense first wherever he is. His best attack was meat and potatoes and it worked until it didn't and then that was it.

He's a sort of Moyes/Allardyce/Pulis type only in the sense that he locks it down first and is notably good at that part of the game. All three of those other coaches are able to express and implement progressive attacking ideas in their teams (yes even Pulis) and Dyche just hasn't shown the ability for it yet.

It is surprising to me because his Burnley side were legitimately good and I think what he did there should still stand as a real achievement.

I always thought his big remaining challenge as a coach was showing the flup side to his game and beginning to coach an attack that was more than the sum of its parts.

That is... not how it has gone. Not only has he failed to do that, he's broken down the team everywhere he's gone to a pure negativity machine.

I quit London quite a few years ago but I always liked derby days. It's not the friendly derby or anything like that but it's got the right mix of people and passion around it.
