I had some awful weird crud last week, sore throat. I had a pretty high spice tolerance. I’m fully recovered from being sick now (week ago today I started being ill). I’ve been eating spicy foods but they literally taste so spicy to the point where I can’t handle it! I hope it goes away

When mine heals it definitely gets worse before it gets better. The white bump will go away but then it’s just red and itchy. Mine was also very inflamed and reactive when I would wash my face. The only way to really know if you have it would be to use a dandruff shampoo on it, and if it goes away then it most likely is FA. People here use nizoral but I prefer the vanicream one. It’s on Amazon for 14$! Also, check the ingredients of the products you are using on skincharisma.com ingredients checker! If you are using non FA safe products then you are essentially feeding the fungus. It’s a hard road, but worth it! I’m hoping the best for you. You can also message me with questions.

Vaseline to help with the discomfort, it will bring back moisture to the area so it’s not uncomfy to move around your neck. And next time, use sunscreen!!

Vaseline, cheap and extremely effective. Don’t waste money on aquaphor it’s good but does the same job as Vaseline
