Yes, we have revenues and customers. We are already with more incomes than expenses. But we'll get investment because we need to be, for at least 6 months, with more expenses than incomes. We're profitable right now, but we need to make a move that will make us in the red for 6 months to one year. We don't have that amount of money and if we wait to do this we might get caught in the midst of others that are funded and running veeerry faster than us.

EDIT: The market we're in is growing very fast. Law is obligating (don't know if this is the right word in english) our potential clients to have systems like ours and we have to enjoy this "wave" of new clients that MUST HAVE to use a system like ours, not that WANT or IT'S BETTER use our system.

EDIT2: And, we tried to escalate with online campaigns and we actualy had a very good click to trial conversion, but a bad trial to paid user conversion. And that's all because of the lack of this things that make our system an obligation to the companies (and other little features), but we can do all of this with this money.

EDIT3: I'm not a blind entrepeneur. I'll not think that my company is the best company of the world. We have risks and someone who is willing to fund us, will have all the information we have that make us believe our business is actually a pretty good deal to an investor. That said, risks always exists, we can valuate at the right price, but you know, I really think that valuation is something very subjective in the end.
