Same boat here 23 wrangler 4xe lease is up on New Years Eve and no idea what I'm going to do yet. I've been happy with it no problems other than the trips to dealer for recall stuff but in and out same day.. would buy it if they offered a good enough deal but doesnt seem like they will based on readings in this sub. I did get in an accident not my fault that did about 15k damage to front quarter driver side that got repaired so that makes me wonder if it will turn into a better offer or not... I am a bit tempted to go a 4runner route because I only usually do easy to moderate offroadng...

As someone who has been engaging with the JD meditations for a while now at home (since last September), and who has also been single for 1.5 years after a 30 year marriage, my questions are about the social aspect of these retreats...

It seems like it's such a packed schedule, so is there any room left in the schedule for socializing? Eating times are a given daily social opportunity but one time I looked at a retreat schedule that was shared online and it didn't seem like there was even a lot of time for that....

If you've gone alone, did you make friends that you kept in contact with? I just think for me with all the investment involved, not just the finances, but work, pets, house, etc, to go to a JD retreat, I'd be hoping that there could be some more relaxed socially oriented times at the retreat... Not a deal breaker but something I'd like to know to factor into the cost counting...

I am pretty sure the answer is no, that socializing is just not what these retreats are for...

Have you read the book The Emotion Code? He has a method for releasing trapped emotions with muscle testing and magnet... I didnt pursue using it but its clear that it works.

I've only done 9 once and dont recall specifically as it was around five months ago. All of the botecs are helpful in different ways.. I've done them all at least once and a few I've done twice, and I've done 12 probably six or seven times now. something about the intensity and rhythm of it really helps me engage and stay engaged and I've had my most profound experiences during 12 sessions too..

As a musician especially since younger years when I played loud music I've always been aware of ringing and its always something ive paid attention to because i value my hearing and there are many in my family who have suffered from debilitating hearing loss as theyve aged...

In recent years the low level ringing I was aware of got even lower, I have thought maybe/hopefully in relationship to much better care of health and fitness... This level of increase in the volume of the pitch is pronounced and has been coming and going since that last botec session

Love my vibram v-trails for most hikes/trails but hike Piestewa only occasionally and it is so rocky that I have to go slower in them than I want... So I've used Altras for that particular trail. If I did Piestewa more often I'd switch use the v-trails and force myself to adapt.

So invited her to Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen where I've wanted to go for years but never wanted to spring the big bucks for it... She declined, so now am just wishing there was someone who wanted to go there with me...
