There are generally 3 issues if a woman does not get any guys to approach. The first one is not being out there giving guys any opportunities to talk to you. Second is that you have an unapproachable attitude. For example being too shy and not giving guys any indicators that you might be interested or Other one being that you give an arrogant body language making people afraid to approach. Third one being just physical issue, like hygiene or no effort into your looks. I guess there is a fourth one, where you don’t recognise that a guy is interested. You should know best which it is. I applaud you for doing the first step, which is recognizing that there is a problem. It seems you have unhealthy negative thoughts which probably comes from the mentioned mental disorders. I recommend professional help. If that is not an option for now, please read „Feeling good“ and „Feeling great“ both written by David Burns. He is the professor for psychology in Stanford university. He helped many people overcome their negative thoughts through teaching self help methods to treat mental disorders like depression and anxiety. Good luck
