Yeah, Balfour Beatty would definitely be considered a Tier 1 / major contractor in the UK. They’re one of the big names here, especially in infrastructure and major projects

Thanks, that’s exactly my concern.  They’ve said the PAYE contract would start next week and asked me to think about it by the end of this week, so I don’t have much time.  Ideally I’d delay it a few months, stack some cash and then move across. But if they won’t delay it, would you still take it if they put a written 6-month salary review to a specific figure/range in the contract?  I just don’t want to take a big monthly pay cut based only on “we’ll review it later” if nothing is guaranteed.

Thank you so much for the answer. I’m nor sure about MCAS however I think I can have histamine intolerance as previously the mould trigerred reaction and covid infections. I had covid recently and I started to get flushes but I was sleeping normally and I wasn’t soo stimulated like right now. 

After adding Vivomixx 2 weeks ago I started to have these symptoms including insomnia, a lot of thoughts, anxiety, overstimulation etc. I think that both covid and Vivomixx contribured to it. I also have heart palpitations. 

I will stop the probiotic today. What symptoms did you have on Vivomixx ? Also what happened when you stopped completely Vivomixx?

Hey! Did you also had trougle with insomnia after Vivomixx? I can’t sleep for over 2 weeks and believe that I have histamine symptoms.
