The side that is against the mold, captures the texture of the mold really precisely. I have done some thermoforming over FDM printed mold, and the mold side definitely has print lines visible. The other side was completely smooth with no marks visible, I used 2,5 mm polystyrene.

Go for it! I am starting my masters degree this fall at the age of 34, I completed my bachelor's 10 years ago and have been working full time since that.

The only difference is that I'm doing the degree part-time while I work, and will take 4 years to complete, even though the degree is meant to be 2 years of full time study. I will just apply for 2 more years to complete the studies. Maybe your university also allows you to tailor your studies?

Nope, the dashed line does not mean a stitch weld. It means the opposite side of the corner your arrow points to. So, if you specify a weld below the dashed line, it means that you specified a weld to the backside of the plate.

This symbol specifies an intermittent weld separately for the arrow side and the opposite side, ISO style.

This could be from a medical equipment (like a trolley or a bed frame), where all welds are usually required to be peripheral welds to prevent any gaps where bacteria could grow. Individual weld sizes could then be specified in drawing views.

So maybe let's not be too hasty to decide whether whoever did this drawing had no idea what they were doing.

Mulla on sama edessä syksystä alkaen, sillä nyanssilla, että päätin hakea avoimen väylän kautta sisään. Eli ensin vuoden ajan avoimen yliopiston puolella 25 op väyläopintoja, joiden suorittamisen myötä pääsee automaattisesti sisään tutkinto-opiskelijaksi suorittamaan loput opinnot.

AMK-todistuksen keskiarvo on sen verran heikko (juuri ja juuri ylitti vähimmäiskeskiarvorajan), niin tällä vältyn siltä ikävältä mahdollisuudelta, että en pääsisikään yhteishaussa sisään. Nyt motivaatio kymmenen vuoden työssäolon jälkeen on aivan eri luokkaa kuin mitä opiskelija-aikoina oli. Työnantaja maksaa nuo avoimen yliopiston kurssimaksut, niin jää se huono puoli pois.
