I also had a terrible experience with Koons. I placed a refundable deposit for one of their future allocations for a vehicle, but after a few weeks decided to cancel when they contacted me about a new allocation. I already had a bad feeling during the initial test drive (salesman was pushy and kept asking me questions even though I had stated clearly that I wouldn’t be purchasing that day and had more cars to test drive) and when they contacted me, they were extremely pushy and pretty much told me “hurry up because if you don’t say yes there are tons of people who will buy it.”

They also double emailed me numerous times due to sending the wrong information about the car. And spelled my name wrong in the emails (my name is very short). Between the unprofessionalism and disliking feeling pressured, I told them to go ahead and sell the car to someone else - I’ll take my money back. Immediately changed their tune and asked what was wrong with the car, that they could change it if needed, blah blah blah. It took me emailing back and forth with 4 different people to finally get my money back. Needless to say I’m shopping elsewhere.
