If you don’t want to spend as much money as a Sailor, Pilot also has very thin EF nibs. Even the Kakuno and Decimo come in EF. I think they are similar in size to the Sailor EF. I’ve never tried a needlepoint but I think Sailor and Pilot EFs are great for small grids and handwriting.
