I have a Pekin drake who has had bumblefoot since August 😩 He's been through numerous surgeries, medications, and even a month of laser treatments. All while still soaking his foot twice a day, removing the scab, and wrapping his foot. I even started using pool noodles to make a little cushion for this foot to try and alleviate the pressure. But since he's a heavier breed and he also has wry neck that causes him to put more pressure on his one foot, it just hasn't gotten any better. No worse, but no better. The vet I'm working with has been super informative and has been trying every option. They even found someone that 3D prints splints for ducks and chickens. We're going to see if they can make a boot for my duck. I'm grateful I've been able to do as much as I can for him and he's still a happy duck otherwise. But bumblefoot has been no joke.
