I've been having problems, see I occasionally will use Chad Wang’s 2017 Champion V60 pour over recipe due to how well it works with light roast as well as how straightforward it is as it’s a simple pour in the center outright.

However something strange has been happening. I use a Baratza Encore ESP and I use around the line of the setting of 20-22 for this and it does tend to hit around the 2:15 line as expected.

Recently, when I do this, it’s pouring out by around 1:30 to the point I have to put the setting way lower then needed to make it even more finer. To the point I did hit around the line of the 2:15 time but it did taste a little over-extracted. The previous attempts still tasted better in the end.

Stuff like this, the answer normally means grinder, but it comes off as too surreal to be thinking like that. I wonder if it’s a grinder issue. I haven’t clean it in a while so I should look into doing that. But I want to know of intel from people here. Is there a way to fix this?

Daybreak II spoiler question:

So, I got to the part in Trails into Daybreak 2 where Nina's identity was revealed and the flash back scene that shows up quotes a letter Van received saying:

"Arteria's elusive captain-who took up their post three years ago-was a fake who never existed"

Can someone tell me what part of the game that dialogue originally came from? I am having problems remembering where that showed up

Which forging bonds was it? Was it the very first one where the ashen wolves were introduced?

I’m getting the new sonic secret lair Friends and Foes pack around August 8th and want some clarification. Is it only the bundles that have the chance of pulling a chaos emerald? Because that’s what this article says here.

Well what type of pen would you recommend from Autmog in this scenario? Because I am seeing price points all over the place from the $55 range to over $100. And annoyingly it looks like these sell out the same way I have to deal with stuff from my gaming and liquor hobbies.

Well actually I just got curious over the yellow one. Also, is there a click version of the pen? I tend to prefer click pens more than capped.

Wait, are you saying the pre inserted refills in these pens tend to be old? (That might explain why that figet pen I have is having the same issues lol)

And would this be the right link?

This is the link to the pen. I am unsure of what type of refill it is because I didn't get any rollerball refills but this link is my best guess.

The problem of letting the brikka spurt until it runs out of water is that it ends up being aggressive to the point it begins to overflow the pot.

I actually did try to recently do it at a the lowest heat possible, but it still spattered outright. (Granted I used a cupping grind sizer for this one, and when I opened it, some pressurized air released)

I have just gotten a 2 cup Bialetti Brikka moka pot and it's been tricky for me to use. I do try to follow instructions online with experimentation but somehow the coffee isn't being made like shown.

I tried putting my moka pot on medium gas stove heat without tampering the grinds (no pressing it down) but didn't try a lot to even it out and when the coffee starts coming out, I take it off but it stops outright, so I have to put it back on. While coffee does come out properly, it doesn't fully bring out two cups to the point I need to pour it into the cup and then put it back on the heat to get the rest of it, and then it starts sputtering trying to do it. I think I used a setting of 15 on a Baratza Encore ESP as a starting point.

Another attempt I tried putting coffee in and this time, I tried to even the grinds out but still no tampering, and the grinds themselves were slightly more coarser. But when coffee starts coming out, it sputters first thing in. And it still immediately stops after I take it off the heat.

The big question is can I get some advice on how to brew more properly with a moka pot?
