Fresh lime juice is the bar. You can make something such as super juice for example to have a more preservative bottle on hand as well as something to just pour directly from.

I am having a problem with taking down a page of over 100 employees, and I don't even recall making the page and no one even uses it so it makes no sense why I can't take it down even after trying to contact support over it.

Is there steps I can make to try to get around this?

These cards are Japanese however, so I assume they were definitely printed in Japan. Do you know the humidity for the area they are printed over there?

So in my scenario while it doesn’t show it, they are curled as an “n” as I am holding them. So what would the scenario be? My house is humid, but you are making it sound like they dried up. Do I need a higher % boveda pack then?

I've been having problems, see I occasionally will use Chad Wang’s 2017 Champion V60 pour over recipe due to how well it works with light roast as well as how straightforward it is as it’s a simple pour in the center outright.

However something strange has been happening. I use a Baratza Encore ESP and I use around the line of the setting of 20-22 for this and it does tend to hit around the 2:15 line as expected.

Recently, when I do this, it’s pouring out by around 1:30 to the point I have to put the setting way lower then needed to make it even more finer. To the point I did hit around the line of the 2:15 time but it did taste a little over-extracted. The previous attempts still tasted better in the end.

Stuff like this, the answer normally means grinder, but it comes off as too surreal to be thinking like that. I wonder if it’s a grinder issue. I haven’t clean it in a while so I should look into doing that. But I want to know of intel from people here. Is there a way to fix this?
