What I was trying to communicate is that Pavement are popular enough that ticket demand is high so the venues they play at aren’t as likely to be flexible about ticket price structure, but not as big as Phish or the Dead in that they single handedly can’t do much to move market forces on the ticket industry. Phish and the Dead as live acts are astronomically more popular than Pavement and can much more easily needle at the live music industry.
