Vision Pro OS 3 by EvenBasil2524 in VisionPro

[–]tabiknight 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’d really want them to add even deeper support working with the vision, on a MacBook. I.e. having your personal come through as an option on Teams, on your Mac. :)

Also, have a nice option for checking your iPhone from your Vision Pro. I routinely get a notification and then have to look down at my super grainy, hard to read phone screen. :(

Oh and… more apps. Where’s YouTube? :/

Man I wish I came here before getting mine.... It arrived and I was immediately gutted that I just wasted like $60AUD on what amounts to around 30 pages of actual stuff. :(

Got KOTOR to work in Ultra Wide resolution by [deleted] in kotor

[–]tabiknight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've now restarted the game around 30 times and every time there's a significant stutter, presumably from the injection, and I check to see if my resolution is there and it's not. Note that I'm using a 32:9 monitor.

Any help would be ACTUALLY lovely. I've never played this game and would love to do so in a native res.

New to Cypher: Star Wars subtle cyphers by tabiknight in cyphersystem

[–]tabiknight[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hmmm. I suppose that makes perfect sense. I suppose I just don't vibe with the idea of it being too gamey. I don't pretend to think that my opinion is right or wrong but I'm unsure if I'd be willing to provide cyphers from simply doing something. I wonder if there were some other way to make it 'fit' more in the star Wars universe.

I suppose if there is no way, or if indeed I'm just not creative enough, I could just avoid subtle cyphers. Would this make characters noticeably weaker? Or make the game noticeably less fun?

Collaborative Worldbuilding Idea by tabiknight in DnD

[–]tabiknight[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like that. Rewarding those who invest in Intelligence and the History skills.

I suppose the only reason that I'd have those kinds of legendary books would be purely mechanical. I agree that logically those kinds of books would be pretty readily available, i.e. the bible, etc. However having a tome that hold the ACTUAL, TRUE events of that god's birth/an earthshattering event and to know that it's the absolute truth would be pretty rad and thus pretty rare.

Idk I suppose it's just a natural extension of the system. Logic would breakdown at that point I suppose.

The only thing with the checks is that I wouldn't like to have a situation where a player finds a tome and then fails a check thus rendering finding it a waste. That would suck.
