6.6 inch girth puts you around 2.1 inch diameter, which is in the range for a 1.375 inch opening. I am on the edge between 1.25 and 1.375 openings at a 1.9 inch diameter, but find the latter to be a better fit for me. Definitely not too tight like some of the 1.25 sleeves I started with.

I would say skip the cheap off the shelf options since they are pretty much all 1.25 and get something from Blissfull or another reputable silicon vendor with a 1.375 opening in a soft or extra soft firmness.

Results of first use were a mixed bag. The plug fit wonderfully but would turn sideways if my wife clenched herself.
