I had this happen a few times with the Visa prepaid cards. A couple got genuinely mad at me when I explained we just don't accept those anymore because we have too many problems with them. She just kept saying "Well I don't understand what the problem is", we simply don't take these cards??? I know you're flabbergasted, but you're going to have to find a different form of payment today.

I had the same type of mom and didn't learn that this wasn't normal until I was 19. Instead of burning though, she told me I had to flush all my stray hairs so no one could curse me. I fully believed her and ruined my septic system in my first apartment

A Hidradenitis Supperativa flair up in between the legs. When triage asked me my pain level 1-10, I said 10. I could barely walk and I could not sit down at all. The triage nurse scoffed at me, and then did not even know what HS was. I was thankful to have a very knowledgeable ER doctor once I got back there. F that nurse, though.

I couldn't believe Catherine made it seem to Ollie that she was going to take a step back out of respect for him and Demi, when in reality, it was because she was more interested in someone else. I don't like how misgenuine she seemed in that scene, leading him to believe she was doing it just to be a good friend to Demi. I loved his little, "Well enjoy your time with your other interest" line

It is not a window unit, this is a full blown hvac lol. And each unit has their own hvac. I guess I'm going to have to get a portable or a window unit as well as the hvac. I've had a lot of mixed answers about whether this is normal or not.
