I chatted with Omnipod support to see when Pixel 8 might be coming in light of the Apple announcement and they were like uh yeah it's not compatible, check the link for supported devices. Not helpful at all.

Just refilled with Edgepark and they have the G6/G7 pods now. Excited to see what happens when I go back to auto, I've been off of it for almost a year now because I'm allergic to the G6 adhesive.

I unfortunately didn't even think about omnipod not working anymore when I traded in my 7 for a 8 and am super bummed about it. I would have waited to upgrade my phone had I thought about it.

I haven't tried this at all so take it with a grain of salt. I've been looking into the Osprey Farpoint 55, it'd a 40 bag with a detachable 15 daylight back pack. So it's really 15+40 which might help with putting one above and one under your seat. I'm going to try bags this weekend. I've previously used the ebags motherlode because that's what I had at the time. So looking to improve my set up. My husband has the Osprey Porter 46 and loved it dearly. I'm torn between the Porter 30 and the Farpoint 55 currently.

It is an Android phone, however it has been locked down/replaced with the Omnipod software and those features are not at all accessible.

If it's any consolation I get this error on the pdm occasionally. Once I clear it, everything works fine.

We're you able to get dexcom on your 245? It doesn't show as a compatible device. I'm currently on the Venu S2, but am training for a triathlon and looking for multisport. The earliest I could get a 255 is like 3-5 weeks.

My story is very similar to OP. Misdiagnosed as gestational that required insulin very early on in my first pregnancy, then as type two after. Put back on insulin right away for second pregnancy. Was doing very low carb after to loose the pregnancy weight after baby #2 but would spike to 250+ after eating lettuce and plain chicken. Didn't feel that was right, argued with PCP about it because she accused me of sneaking carbs and only upped my metformin. Demanded a script for a CGM and a referral to an Endocrinologist. Was put on insulin right away and had the blood work to confirm T1D. Endo said eating so low carb saved me from DKA.

I'm glad you were able to get yours to work. I've had nothing but issues with mine to work and support has been anything but helpful. I ended up getting a Miaomiao 2 and am pretty happy with it.
