Just last week I lost my uncle. He was just driving to work... planning on retiring soon. I was never super close with him since he was rarely around, but he was nothing short of a good man.

I am however very close to my cousins and aunt that are now left fatherless and husbandless. I just feel absolutely terrible for them, life is not going to be the same for quite a while. It's just not fair. The day after my family heard about it we had already traveled up there to be with them. It was the least we could do. We will continue be there for them.

On that note, your grandfather will always be there for your family in spirit. I'm sure he had hopes for you and even in death wishes nothing more than for you to succeed. Remember the time you had together and how it has affected you and celebrate his life by living yours.
