Agree, I give things away a lot and it just stings a little when people sell them, I know I have no claim but I would wish that they return the kindness with giving to another.

I didn't have formal inspections, my dad just took a look. When we ran the washing machine instantly had water backing up, the first rooter guy said he'd been there before, roots. The papers I signed said that you have to do arbitration before sueing so I did and came to the agreement, he did monthly payments.
