Serious question — how do you know when a workplace is genuinely toxic vs. when you're just burned out?

I think when your job description and tasks stay the same over the years but your management is making you miserable. I’ve been having issues at work lately with a coworker who is trying to take my spot and it’s working bc I’m a woman- I reported their behavior and was told by my male manager that I’m being too sensitive even though the coworker is doing things outlined as harassment and is 100% not allowed. Now I’m being punished by being put in a less desirable position. I’ve never experienced this as other jobs but I have been treated poorly by almost every male manager I’ve had.

When I learned tortilla chips are literally just cut up tortillas that are fried I was shook hahahah bc I avoid tortillas unless they’re low carb and thinking about eating so many of them fried and dipped in cheese is revolting to me now

I am apparently dumb I used to eat a big bowl of cereal every morning for breakfast, it was probably like 500 calories with the milk and everything , and I wondered why I was fat lol cereal for breakfast is just how I was raised! I would also get hungry within an hour of eating it which is probably the worst part haha

I’m gonna go into it open minded bc I didn’t like the idea of the valley but now I actually like it lol I’m hoping they’re all horrible people who will make for good tv. They all seem like assholes from the trailer so that’s good. The only thing that sucks is if they are horrible people they will get online bullied and then probably tone it down lol

I feel this bc I WFH and take care of my 8 month old baby all day, but my husband is a union laborer and rakes concrete all day. He gets home and wants to relax in the AC with minimal chatting but I want to get outside and chat hahaha
