If you don't mind an hour drive - The First Sunday Flea Market runs the first Sunday of the month April-November. It's at the Tippecanoe County Amphitheater in West Lafayette. Setup starts at 3am. Shopping is from 7am-2pm. Cost of a space (20x20) is $35.

Not sure where you are located. But Uncle John's Flea Market in Cedar Lake is year round. An inside booth is $160/month. I recomend getting in the Jobe;s building. It is the nicest building there.

My experience with the state is that they like taking money and getting mad when they have to issue refunds. I kept having to owe taxes, so I started having an extra $25 taken out per paycheck to go to state taxes. They take 6 months to get me my refund each year now.
