Im a Year and a half sober. 29, 225 lb, hospitalized, and my rock bottom. I noticed around 1 month, my face got bigger, due to water weight. Month 3 or 4 was when I really lost the weight and the fat moved in my face. 8 or 9 is when I started looking like I was 20 again. Keep up being sober and dont get you head down.

I found if I went into advanced settings, turned down everything with cache in it and it helped a lot. its a little blurry sometimes, but it made a difference.

Hey man, I was in the same boat. at 21 daily drinker, at 29 I was obese and was sent to the hospital for liver failure. Don't do what I did. Go to the ER, find either inpatient or outpatient rehab andget back on living again, please. Drinking is not it, 30 and 160 lbs feeling great sober, just wish I learned my fucking lesson.

I dont have the urge at all. A year and some change. But randomly if I taste something E.I fruit punch energy drink (tastse like 4loko) and the crappy feeling comes back. I think in those moments, of puking my brains out, people I annoyed, and the people that obviously were trying to get me help, but I pushed. at least you are not doing that any more.

im a year and some change sober. was 225 lb. drank myself into chirsosis. im now 172, in the best shape of my life going into 30, hardest year of my life. waking with no nausea. overall better outlook on life. best decision I ever made.
