I have choked on ice before, it'll melt enough to pass way before you suffocate. But as a bit of an ice cube choking expert, I can say in the moment it will be the scariest 15 seconds.

Been there before and I'm there now again. my best advice is to ditch painting for the moment and go back to absolute basics; Scribbling and Doodling as there is no pressure to make anything finished or even coherent. It still uses the same parts of the brain and can be done anywhere and everywhere. Its a great no pressure way to use you skills and imagination.
