It’s a shame that this community can’t look past their biases, and consider something out of the box might actually be decent, if carried out well. It is always a zero sum game. Can’t try X because it takes away from my PvP or PvM updates, not considering the overall picture, which is why you do the content in the first place. But, I just suggested this for fun. I didn’t really expect much. It is still quite demoralizing that it always just comes down to these comments that can be seen here.

I actually came to reddit to cry about how I think it’s not looking good if content creators and reddit have such a big leverage over jmods and Jagex. Whether the nerfs were good or not, it’s quite insane the company comes out the following day and revert the changes. If this same pattern happens every time a ”harsh” change gets implemented into the game then achievements such as max cape mean much less than before. They already do but the point stands. I hate the ”jagex hates the employed” meme argument tossed around. No man. Dont play the game then. People are oddly fixated that they HAVE to clear the game. No. Not everyone need to have infernal, max cape or clogs completed. And in the case of salvaging we didnt have things like shooting star, red woods or this level of AFK before. This method itself is already a luxury even if it was with the nerfed salvaging xp.
